You can securely place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online shopping cart. All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Paying by check will delay your order until it has cleared. Checks or money orders can be mailed to:

All items are shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation. Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.
For those that reside within Muskingum County, you may choose "Local Pick-Up" in the shopping cart. By doing so you will have the option to pick your product up or when I am in town I can meet you somewhere.
Delivery Time
All of my hair bows are custom made after orders are received and per the customer's specifications. Please allow time for processing and delivery from the USPS. Most items will ship within 5-7days from the date of purchase, plus delivery time from the USPS. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time will be delayed. If you need a rush order, please contact me to discuss further options.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that all items are custom made per the customer's specifications. We will however accept returns with 7 days if there is an error on our part. If there is a mistake, we will exchange for the incorrect item as long as the incorrect item is returned in the original box it was shipped in and is unused.
